PCSI is seeking a People Team Business Partner to provide HR support to employees on our Fort Knox base operations and maintenance contract. You'll act as trusted advisor to employees and leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance, working on-base in Fort Knox, KY.

This role is part of a larger People Team company-wide, reporting to the VP of People Strategy and Engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in multiple HR disciplines including resolving complex employee relations issues, performance management, talent management and development, HR metrics/best practices or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR or equivalent HR Certification is preferred.
• Experience with HR compliance and reporting to include affirmative action, EEO and VETS reporting, etc.
• In‑depth knowledge of ADAAA.
• Experienced in use of HRIS.

Responsabilidades

• Advise leaders and staff on People Team matters and policy interpretation.
• Conduct objective investigations and report findings to leadership.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with follow-up actions.
• Communicate PT initiatives and coordinate events and trainings.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws; consult as needed.
• Support talent management and recruitment with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve relationships and retention.
• Manage labor relations and grievance processes per the CBA.
• Coordinate Leave Administration with third-party leave admin.
• Maintain site job descriptions; participate in special projects.
