Job summary

You will run attendance reports, track staffing and onboarding, maintain onboarding checklists, and assist with training records and communications. The role is primarily on-site with shop floor exposure and requires passing a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR or Organizational Development.
• Interest in manufacturing HR and comfort working on a shop floor.
• Prior internship or work experience in an office, HR, or administrative capacity.

Responsibilities

• Run, review, and summarize weekly attendance reports, including exceptions and trends.
• Track staffing levels, headcount, and hiring status; prepare monthly staffing summaries.
• Support onboarding documentation, packets, and checklists; monitor onboarding steps.
• Prepare data pulls from Paylocity for attendance, turnover, headcount, and benefits enrollment.
• Support Employee Recognition programs and collect nominations for town halls.
• Monitor performance review tracking and send reminders for overdue evaluations.
