Qualifications

• Enrollment in a BS program in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or another business-related degree.
• Completion of at least sophomore year by Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, employment, job postings and employee transfers
• New employee orientation and training
• Administration of human resources policies and programs
• Administration of employee compensation, benefits, relocation, and immigration programs
• Coordination/facilitation of performance review process for client departments
• Prepare, maintain, and retrieve applicant and employee records
• Collect, analyze, and report data and information
• Prepare, review, and process documents, including reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Various other duties as needed to support the business

Education

Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related business degree

Sophomore year completion by Summer 2027
