Columbus Cardiology Associates is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to serve as the on-site HR leader for the Columbus area practice. This role partners with leadership to drive HR strategy, oversee employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and daily HR operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience coaching managers, resolving workplace challenges, and building strong teams, with a focus on engagement and organizational effectiveness. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 5-7 years progressive HR experience.
• Experience as stand-alone HR leader or HRBP.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary on-site HR resource and strategic partner.
• Advise and coach leaders on performance, development, conflict resolution.
• Lead employee relations initiatives and workplace investigations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Partner with Regional Support Office on benefits, leave, payroll, HR systems.
