Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labor Relations or Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Provide management representation in administering union-management agreements
• Counsel management on interpretation of agreements and act as management representative in dealing with the union
• Administer hourly hiring, transfers, and separations for permanent, temporary, and flex employment
• Coordinate onboarding for salaried hires and support compensation planning
• Facilitate talent management and workforce planning with leaders
