Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Plano, TX is seeking an energetic HR Generalist to join our on-site team. The role supports the HR department across leave administration, workers’ compensation, workplace accommodations, and compliance with state and federal laws.

You will manage HR workflow, assist with benefits, training, and reporting, and help ensure accurate employee records and timely HR processes for a multi-state footprint. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering FMLA, ADA/workplace accommodations, disability leaves.
• Experience with workers’ compensation programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive/confidential situations.
• Proficient with common office software and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR inbox and hotline.
• Administer leave of absence and workplace accommodation cases from start to finish.
• Coordinate companywide events and communications.
• Assist employees with benefits, compensation, scheduling, policies, and HR processes.
• Prepare termination packets and maintain HR documentation.
• Audit the HRIS data and run reports as needed.
• Complete monthly invoice reconciliations.
