Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete and compliant employee files through regular audits.
• Manage benefits administration including processing life event changes.
• Respond to employee HR questions and support performance management processes.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience in onboarding and managing the employee lifecycle

Ability to work in a high-volume environment
