Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic HR Generalist for our Plano, TX location. This on-site role supports leave of absence, workers’ compensation, accommodations, and HR administration across states, maintaining personnel files and reports.

You will manage HR inquiries, assist with benefits and policies, and coordinate events while upholding ethics and compliance. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering FMLA, ADA/workplace accommodations, disability, and other leaves.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance and confidential information handling.
• Experience with HRIS and standard office software as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• HR inbox and hotline management.
• Administer leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs, from request to return to work.
• Coordinate companywide events and communications.
• Serve as a resource for benefits, compensation, scheduling, policies, and HR processes.
• Name Tag, Logowear, supply ordering.
• Prepare and send termination packets for all departing employees.
• Ensure proper HR documentation, filing and maintenance.
• Complete monthly invoice reconciliations.
• Audit the HRIS system for accuracy.
• Research confidential employee data and run reports as needed.
• Prepare and send periodic reports.
• Ensure all required training is completed by due date.
• Assist with event planning for Plano office and employees.
