Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corp. is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist to partner with site leaders and manage the full employee lifecycle at our Minnesota manufacturing facility.

You will lead onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, quality, and professional roles. The role requires a collaborative, compliant, and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; 3+ years HR experience preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with recruiting, employee relations, performance management, HR program administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion; comfortable in fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office; ADP preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site HR resource for employees and managers.
• Support workforce planning, engagement, retention.
• Provide guidance on performance, attendance, employee relations, policy interpretation, corrective action.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, development planning, succession.
• Administer HR programs for benefits, leave, training, recognition, development.
• Maintain HRIS data and ensure data privacy.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety standards.
• Assist with site engagement and wellness initiatives.

Skills
