Job summary

Advanced Molding Technologies, a medical device contract manufacturer, seeks a Human Resources Generalist in Circle Pines, MN. This salaried, full-time role covers employee relations, compliance, payroll support, onboarding, and safety oversight across shifts.

Expect collaboration with the HR Manager and a small HR team, with a remote day per week after onboarding. The role requires strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, a track record in investigations, and experience using ADP

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and investigations.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).
• Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms, preferably ADP TotalSource.
• Proven ability to manage onboarding, staffing, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact across shifts; handle policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
• Lead formal workplace investigations from intake to resolution.
• Apply employment law and compliance guidance on-site with independent judgment.
• Own day-to-day ADP TotalSource HRIS data hygiene, onboarding, and reporting.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staffing for production needs.
• Coordinate safety programs, incident tracking, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop training materials using Office 365 tools and AI-assisted workflows.
