Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group partners with a confidential, growing organization in Cumming, GA to add an on-site HR Generalist who will support day-to-day HR operations and partner with leadership to ensure a positive employee experience.

You will handle employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, HRIS maintenance, and recruiting coordination, working across multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment to drive effective people processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer benefits, enrollments, and employee communications.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain HRIS systems and accurate employee records.
• Partner with leadership on performance management and HR policies.
• Support recruiting efforts, including interview coordination and offer preparation.
• Assist with training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
