Job summary

CTS Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of sensors and electronic components, is seeking an on-site Human Resources Manager for the Cranston, RI site. The role partners with site leadership and AMS HR to deliver day-to-day HR support, employee relations, compliance, engagement, and workforce planning in a manufacturing environment.

You will coach leaders, manage investigations, and ensure CTS standards of conduct are applied consistently, while coordinating with Legal and Corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience in employee relations and HR business partner support in complex environments.
• Experience advising leaders and building credibility in hands-on site settings.
• Experience with HRIS data, payroll validation, timekeeping, and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite HR leader and trusted advisor to site leadership and AMS HR.
• Coordinate with Legal, Corporate HR, Total Rewards, Safety, and AMS HR on sensitive matters.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment planning, talent review, succession planning, and retention planning.
• Ensure timely execution of core HR processes including HRIS transactions and payroll validation.
• Lead site compensation planning activities with data review and calibration support.
• Provide direction and coordination for shared HR Administrator support.
