Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Onsite HR Generalist to work closely with operations at our larger warehouse locations. The role covers employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives, while aligning with HRBP and Compliance on policies and training.

The position emphasizes hiring support, onboarding, analytics, and labor relations coordination within a fast-paced environment, ensuring legal compliance and strong partner relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration with HR concentration or related field, or 4 years of experience.
• 2+ years in employee relations or similar HR function.
• 2+ years in HR generalist or similar functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with location leadership to provide HR support on hiring, onboarding, and employee data changes.
• Coaching and development topics; training managers to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with HRBP and HRES to implement HR strategy and compliance.
• Support employee relations activities and investigations as needed.
• Utilize analytics to influence organizational processes and programs.
• Assist with union negotiations preparation and labor strategy components.
• Ensure policy interpretation and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
