Western National Group/Western National Property Management in Irvine, California, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist for our on-site corporate office. You will navigate complex employee relations, lead investigations from intake to resolution, and guide management with policy and performance guidance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in HR with 3+ years of HR experience, including employee relations and investigations. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR and a professional HR certification, preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive, firsthand Human Resources experience specializing in employee relations, workplace investigations, and ADA administration.
• 1+ year of dedicated employee relations experience managing cases independently from intake through resolution is highly preferred.
• Prior HR experience in property management or similar industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering guidance and conflict resolution.
• Advise management and associates on performance management, disciplinary actions and day-to-day workplace concerns using critical thinking.
• Conduct timely, thorough, and objective investigations into moderate-to-complex employee relations issues from intake to resolution.
• Support the Company with orientation, policy guidance, and training.
• Recommend and approve disciplinary actions while ensuring legal compliance.
• Maintain compliance by updating policies and associate handbook and preparing audit and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity in UKG and update associate files.
• Represent the company in unemployment claims.
