Job summary

Western National Property Management is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to work on-site at our Irvine corporate office. You will handle employee relations, lead workplace investigations from intake to resolution, and provide direct guidance to management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR with a professional HR certification, 3+ years in employee relations and ADA administration, and proficiency with UKG HRIS and MS Office. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in employee relations and investigations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR with professional HR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct thorough, objective workplace investigations from intake to resolution.
• Advise management on performance management, discipline, and policy interpretation.
• Develop and maintain HRIS data integrity and generate workforce analytics.
• Support orientation, policy guidance, and training.
• Represent the company in unemployment claims and regulatory documentation.
