Job summary

Keller in Irvine seeks an experienced HR Generalist who thrives in a construction-driven environment, partnering with operations to deliver practical HR support for field and non-field teams.

You will lead employee relations, investigations, coaching for managers, and workforce planning while ensuring policy compliance and risk mitigation across regions. Travel to field locations will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong focus on employee relations.
• Experience supporting field-based or multi-site operations (construction/industrial environment preferred).
• Proven ability to coach and influence frontline leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day employee relations matters, including performance concerns and discipline.
• Conduct and document workplace investigations with a fair, consistent approach.
• Partner with leaders to drive compliant, well-reasoned outcomes.
• Provide direct coaching to managers on performance management and employee relations.
• Support execution of performance management processes and workforce readiness.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and assist with risk mitigation.
• Identify trends in employee relations activity and share insights with HR partners.
• Collaborate across regions to ensure consistent HR support.
