Qualifications

• Experience in HR, employee relations, or related HR function.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interview abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to employee relations matters, including complaints and policy violations.
• Conduct timely, thorough workplace investigations with interviews and documentation.
• Collaborate with managers and HR leadership on resolutions and corrective actions.
• Guide managers on performance management, discipline, attendance, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain confidential employee relations records and case tracking.
• Identify trends and recommend policy/process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
