The role covers employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and HRIS work using Workday. You will assist with recruiting activities, pre-employment checks, and reporting, with potential progression to a direct-hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Generalist experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Experience with HRIS/Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site HR Generalist supporting employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and HR administration.
• Support recruiting activity, interviews, and pre-employment screening/background checks.
• Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and accurate HRIS data (Workday).
• Support performance management activity and assist with policy/compliance.
