Job summary

Vandapower seeks an HR & Facility Specialist to join our Austin, Texas office as the on-site people expert. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and HR projects while supporting office facilities and culture in a growing multi-country team.

You bring at least 3 years of HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of US and Texas employment law, and fluency in English and Spanish. This role is full-time and on-site in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Hands-on payroll and benefits administration experience in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle including job profiles, postings, sourcing and screening.
• Oversee onboarding processes: first-day prep, introductions, training and check-ins.
• Prepare offers, pre-employment checks and new hire documents; manage payroll coordination with provider.
• Drive HR projects and coordinate Austin office operations, events and facilities.
