Job summary

Vandapower LLC is seeking an HR & Facility Specialist for our on-site Austin, TX office. You are the first point of contact for employees and managers in the US, partnering with our Belgium-based HQ.

The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, payroll accuracy and HR projects to improve processes and culture. We expect at least 3 years in a generalist HR role, proven recruitment and onboarding experience, US payroll know-how, and strong US/Texas employment law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a generalist HR role.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Hands-on US payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of US and Texas employment law.
• Experience with HRIS; BambooHR is a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle: job profiles, postings, sourcing and screening.
• Own onboarding: first-day prep, training plans and check-ins.
• Prepare offers and handle pre-employment checks and paperwork.
• Manage payroll coordination and benefits enrollment with accuracy.
• Support HR projects and a smooth office operation in Austin.
• Ensure HR files are complete and compliant with US law.
