Lou Sobh Automotive seeks an on-site Human Resource Manager to support employees, manage onboarding, payroll, and benefits, and handle post-employment events. You will be the first contact for HR inquiries, maintain documentation, and drive data-driven improvements across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes culture stewardship, data integrity, and strong collaboration with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure a smooth employee experience and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• In-office position; not remote.
• Degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong talent acquisition and recruitment experience.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) desirable.

Responsabilités

• Run onboarding program: orientation, system entry, background checks.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring efforts.
• Execute HR operational processes with focus on employee experience and data integrity.
• Be first contact for employee questions; escalate as needed.
• Maintain manager and employee self-service documentation.
• Address payroll and benefits queries; support programs.
• Identify process improvements; automate where possible.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and metrics for decision making.
• Assist audits and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Payroll for updates before processing.
