Job summary

MDR Encino Pharmacy is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our on-site HR team. You will support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, leaves, payroll support, and HRIS administration while maintaining accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with 1–2 years of HR experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct Human Resources experience.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, leaves, payroll support, or HRIS administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication, with ability to interact with employees and managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings and interviews.
• Manage onboarding and ensure HRIS documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate personnel records (electronic and physical).
• Prepare HR correspondence and notices.
• Process employee changes in HRIS and track deadlines.
• Support benefits inquiries and enrollment matters.
• Coordinate leaves of absence under HR leadership guidance.
• Assist payroll and timekeeping with data accuracy.
• Generate routine HR reports and assist with audits.
