Qualifications

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3-6 years of experience.
• Experience performing payroll/audits and onboarding tasks in a corporate environment.
• Ability to train junior HR coordinators and generate ad-hoc reports.

Responsibilities

• Performs HR support duties for a medium sized facility or multiple small facilities.
• Trains junior HRCs.
• Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
• Assists with the process of terminations.
• Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
• Submits online investigation requests and assists with background checks and onboarding.
• Generates ad-hoc reports and supports benefit enrollment.
• Provides process improvement feedback to Lead HRC or management.
