Job summary

Greif, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to provide on-site HR support for a medium facility and to assist with payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes. The role includes training junior HR coordinators and conducting audits to drive corrective action.

Qualifications

• Typically possesses high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3-6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs HR support duties for a medium sized facility or multiple small facilities.
• Trains junior HRCs.
• Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
• Assists with the process of terminations.
• Assists with the preparation of the performance review process. e.g. annual cycle tasks, performance documentation, etc.
• Assists to submit online investigation requests and assists with new-colleague background checks and onboarding.
• Generates ad-hoc reports as requested and performs other related duties as assigned.
• Supports colleagues in the benefit open enrollment process.
• Supports two additional sites remotely.
• Provides process improvement feedback to Lead HRC or management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
