Job summary

You will collaborate with managers to ensure compliant HR processes and timely reporting, leveraging MS Office and HRIS tools. Experience in nonprofits is preferred, with a degree in HR/Business or related field.

Qualifications

• Experience with Benefits Administration.
• Ability to manage Employee Relations at a coordinator level.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and basic employment practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems or databases.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Prior HR or administrative experience in a nonprofit or service-oriented environment is preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: scheduling interviews and processing new hire paperwork.
• Administer benefits, track leaves and attendance.
• Respond to routine employee questions regarding policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations initiatives and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Partner with managers to facilitate HR processes.
