Stars Behavioral Health Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support operations at the Coastal Star Crisis Stabilization Unit. This on-site role collaborates with management to manage HR processes, benefits, and compliance.

You will handle HRIS records, coordinate training and CEU opportunities, and assist with workers' compensation and travel. A high school diploma with two years HR experience and a CA driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma plus two years HR exp.
• CA Driver's License required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health field desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication and customer service skills.
