Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist to support HR operations on-site. You will partner with management to manage data, benefits, training and compliance while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities include coordinating HRIS records, policy interpretation, and liaison with shared services. A HS diploma and 2 years HR experience, plus a CA driver's license, are required; MS Office and HRIS skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus two (2) years of HR experience.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required; HRIS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the mental health field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to drive HR operations under the Regional HR Manager.
• Serve as liaison to shared services and guide policy interpretation.
• Manage sensitive data and HRIS records with strict confidentiality.
• Support benefits, training, workers' compensation, and travel needs as required.
• Maintain effective communication and customer service across teams.
