Stars Behavioral Health Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support operations at the Coastal Star Crisis Stabilization Unit. This on-site role collaborates with management to manage HR processes, benefits, and compliance.

You will handle HRIS records, coordinate training and CEU opportunities, and assist with workers' compensation and travel. A high school diploma with two years HR experience and a CA driver’s license are required.

• Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience preferred.

What You Bring To SBHG (Qualifications)

Education & Licensure

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus two (2) years of human resources experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Valid California Driver's License.

Professional Experience & Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required; HRIS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the mental health field is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor.

• Ability to travel to and from offices within and outside the local area.

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison to shared services, guide policy interpretation, manage sensitive data and HRIS records, and safeguard strict confidentiality.
