Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking an Administrator to lead the Coastal Star Crisis Stabilization Unit in Irvine. You will oversee administrative tasks, policy updates, risk management, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, Master’s preferred, and four years of supervisory healthcare experience. On-site work Monday–Friday with on-call responsibilities, compensation 140,000–150,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or equivalent related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Four (4) years supervisory experience in a health care setting required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policy and procedure creation and updates.
• Review risk management and safety systems.
• Coordinate quality assurance and utilization review activities.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the facility and liaison with County and public.
