Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Victorville, CA location. This role supports day-to-day HR tasks, liaises with shared services, and helps interpret policy while maintaining confidential data in the HRIS. The position also assists benefits and training initiatives within the regional program.

You will contribute to a positive work environment, handle multiple projects, and travel as needed to support offices regionally. A valid CA driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years' HR experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
• Knowledge of the Mental Health field desirable.
• Ability to travel to and from offices within and outside the local area.
• Valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day human resources functions and liaise with HR shared services.
• Provide HR policy interpretation and guidance to management and staff.
• Compile sensitive data/statistics and prepare reports.
• Maintain personnel and HR documents and data in the HRIS.
• Assist with benefits, workers’ compensation and HR training as needed.
