Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an on-site HR Business Partner for a Pittsburgh-region manufacturing plant. You will serve as the primary HR liaison for ~80 employees, guiding management on employee relations, performance discussions, and labor relations with the union.

This role collaborates with corporate HR and supports site-wide recruiting and policy adherence. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR within manufacturing, is comfortable on the production floor, and is local to Oakmont,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in HR within manufacturing or warehousing.
• Union environment experience preferred; strong candidates without it will be considered
• Able to handle sensitive employee matters independently and escalate when needed
• Builds trust across floor to front office
• HRIS experience a plus, especially implementation support
• Must be local; relocation is not offered

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of HR contact for a plant of roughly 80 employees
• Coach plant leaders through employee relations issues and performance conversations
• Work with corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations
• Drive site-level recruiting, onboarding, and retention
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy
• Stay visible on the production floor for employee access
• Assist roll-out of HR systems and process improvements
• Report site trends and concerns to HR leadership
