Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver tailored HR solutions, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive client success. The role emphasizes proactive consultation and ongoing support to develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with client needs.

Known for collaboration and service excellence, the HRBP builds trusted client relationships while upholding rigorous compliance standards. Travel to client sites is possible as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education required.
• 3-5 years of HR experience required; experience with PRISM and PEO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive- and Elite-tier HR-centric clients with emphasis on HR compliance.
• Provide guidance across industries on state and federal employment and payroll regulations, including multi-state compliance.
• Develop and implement HR tools, handbooks, job descriptions, compensation and PTO plans, and onboarding processes.
• Document client interactions in the HRIS and leverage data to identify trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and stakeholders to manage escalations and service plans.
