Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous hospitality sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in hotel management software is expected.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and ADR.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
• Lead the hotel sales team and set performance targets.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing/packages to maximize revenue.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and revenue for management.
• Attend industry events and expand professional network.
