Job summary

Intown Suites in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to uphold the hotel property, perform preventative maintenance, and repair as required. The role includes cleaning, minor repairs, and scheduled room maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position requires living on the property during employment and being on-call for emergencies. It may also include duties as a Property Attendant one or two days per week as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in stressful situations.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (drills, volt-ohm meter, am probe).
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Ensure grounds are clean and free of debris.
• Maintain and repair building and rooms as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on guest rooms on a schedule.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly.
• Work as Property Attendant one or two days weekly as directed.
