Job summary

InTown Suites in Anderson, SC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to oversee daily upkeep of the hotel property and equipment. You will monitor, repair, and perform preventative maintenance, and live on the property during employment.

You may also serve as Property Attendant 1–2 days weekly, as directed by management. Responsibilities include keeping grounds clean, maintaining building exterior and rooms, and responding to service requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English.
• Follow instructions efficiently and communicate clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of general maintenance repairs and safety procedures.
• Experience with electrical systems and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep of the property and equipment.
• Live on property during employment and follow guest agreement guidelines.
• Be on call for emergencies and respond promptly to service requests.
• Maintain grounds, building exterior, and vacant rooms in good repair.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and periodic maintenance on guest rooms.
