Job summary

Intown Suites is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for the Macon, GA property. The role requires living on site during employment and being on call for emergencies while performing preventive and predictive maintenance on hotel assets.

You will repair and maintain rooms, hallways, and equipment, manage safety and housekeeping standards, and coordinate with the General Manager on upkeep. This entry-level to mid-level position offers hands-on work in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with electrical systems, HVAC and general maintenance.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hotel property and equipment as assigned.
• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and common areas.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call requests in a timely manner.
• Keep grounds clean and maintain building exterior and interior.
• On-site residency required; collaborate with supervisor as needed.
