Job summary

ODL, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Grove City, OH. You will provide frontline technical support for desktops, peripherals, and related systems, handling requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, perform basic repairs, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support as needed, while documenting actions and collaborating with IT colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or IT coursework preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with desktop hardware, software, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure equipment and software for end users.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and tickets.
• Resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner per service standards.
• Collaborate with IT team members to support a reliable and secure technology environment.
