Qualifications

• 2+ years in a construction management role; heavy civil experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related major, or equivalent.
• OSHA 30-hour required; FE certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of contract administration systems, job cost management, change orders, labor & equipment reporting, planning & scheduling, safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Project Team to plan and support the completion of assigned construction engineering projects and ensure progress toward deadlines.
• Interprets drawings, specs, and technical information and disseminates to the Project Team, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Identifies and coordinates delivery of permanent materials (e.g., pipe, stone, reinforcing steel, beams) with purchasing to finalize POs and subcontracts.
• Manages RFI and submittal process and maintains project control logs in CMiC.
• Processes owner billings and project-related accounting tasks.
• Assists Project Manager with Change Orders and related documentation.
• Monitors safety compliance with the Safety Manager and maintains project safety files.
