Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking an entry-level Civil/Construction Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in the Mid-Atlantic region. The position supports crews and project teams in planning, scheduling, execution, and cost control of heavy civil construction, with emphasis on safety and meeting cost and margin goals.

You will develop work plans, interpret contract plans, document projects, and assist in procurement and material delivery while adhering to company policies and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related major, or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of engineering or construction experience
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Develops work plans and schedules for production.
• Interprets contract plans and specifications.
• Documents projects through diary entries, photographs, video, inspections, requests for information, reports.
• Assists in managing and tracking fabrication, and in the delivery of required materials.
• Supports the compliance and incorporation of safety initiatives and Home Safe Tonight program.
