Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, qualifying based on Joint Commission standards, and building a robust pipeline while documenting activities. Excellent organization and technical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher.
• Experience in agency recruitment and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via calls, email campaigns, boards, and referrals.
• Qualify candidates based on experience, credentials, and Joint Commission standards.
• Build and maintain a viable candidate pipeline.
• Explain recruitment and onboarding processes clearly to candidates.
• Maintain detailed records of communications and activity.
• Collaborate with team members and stay informed on policies.
• Understand HIPAA and Joint Commission compliance, plus client needs.
