Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and retention initiatives with caregiver engagement.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented approach to employment documentation and compliance.
• Ability to commute to Blue Bell, PA and travel throughout Montgomery County.
• Willingness to participate in a compensated on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview caregivers and home health aides.
• Host and attend career fairs and hiring events in Montgomery County.
• Build relationships with local workforce development organizations.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain audit-ready employment paperwork.
