Job summary

Griswold Home Care in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a Recruiter to help build a strong caregiver team for non-medical home care services. In this full-time role, you will source, screen, and interview caregivers, attend hiring events, manage onboarding, and support retention initiatives while collaborating with leadership to address turnover and compliance across Montgomery County.

The position offers a competitive salary ($44,000-$50,000) plus an office bonus plan and on-call rotation compensation,

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
• Able to commute to Blue Bell, PA and travel throughout Montgomery County.
• Detail-oriented with employment documentation and compliance.
• Resilient and motivated to tackle retention challenges.

Compensation: $44,000 - $50,000 annually + Office Bonus Plan

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Hiring

• Source, screen, and interview caregivers and home health aides
• Host and attend career fairs and hiring events throughout Montgomery County
• Build relationships with local workforce development organisations
• Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure employment paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Maintain audit-ready files in accordance with company standards
• Support background checks and onboarding requirements

Retention & Advocacy

• Serve as an advocate for care staff
• Partner with leadership to address turnover challenges
• Help implement retention strategies and caregiver engagement initiatives

Training & Growth

• Assist with new hire orientation and ongoing training programs
• Support continuing education efforts
• Contribute ideas to improve recruiting and retention processes

What We're Looking For

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or home care
• Knowledge of the non-medical home care industry
