Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for the West Palm Beach, FL facility. You will direct safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead training to prevent injuries and incidents.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing H&S, knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926, and the ability to travel as needed. You'll report to site leadership and drive safety culture improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading H&S in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 and state regulations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong training, presentation, and report-writing abilities.
• Familiarity with environmental and DOT-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support all facets of Health & Safety at the West Palm Beach facility.
• Develop and deliver safety training; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and audits; manage PPE requirements.
• Coordinate employee medical surveillance and safety communications.
