Job summary

Neumo is seeking an on-site Hardware Integration Specialist in Fort Wayne, IN. You will assemble, configure, troubleshoot, and repair self-service terminals and related hardware with hands-on mechanical, IT, and networking tasks. You’ll deliver equipment and support field operations to keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires basic Windows setup, driver updates, and connectivity testing, plus some travel. A valid license and experience with embedded devices are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of hands-on technical, mechanical, or electronics experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass DOT physical.
• Experience with kiosks, ATMs, POS, or other self‑service/embedded devices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair hardware including printers, readers, scanners, and displays.
• Configure Windows OS, install drivers, and resolve resource conflicts.
• Set up connectivity, IP addresses, and perform network tests.
• Transport equipment with non‑CDL trucks up to 26,000 lbs and deliver/ recover at sites.
