Job summary

Neumo Holdings LLC is seeking an IT Patch Administrator to work on-site in Fort Wayne, IN. You will manage and deploy security patches across servers, workstations, and network devices, coordinating with IT teams to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, experience in patch management, and familiarity with WSUS/SCCM, Windows/Linux/macOS, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required
• Proven patch management or systems administration experience
• Experience with automation and scripting
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA/PCI-DSS)
• Familiarity with ITIL and patch tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain patch management policies and procedures
• Coordinate patch deployments across servers, workstations, and network devices
• Test patches in controlled environments for compatibility
• Monitor deployment Status and troubleshoot issues
• Document patch management activities and compliance reports
• Keep current with vulnerabilities and patch releases
