Job summary

Neumo is seeking an on-site Hardware Integration Specialist in Fort Wayne, IN. You will assemble, configure, and troubleshoot SSTs, OTC printers, and related field hardware, with hands-on duties across mechanical, IT, and networking tasks.

The role requires reading blueprints, arranging parts, and performing diagnostics to keep equipment in service. Travel up to 25% and non-CDL driving are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Experience with kiosks, ATMs, POS, or self-service devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair hardware including printers, readers, and scanners.
• Configure hardware from blueprints and install internal components.
• Set up Windows OS, drivers, and network connectivity for devices.
• Diagnose failures and replace faulty sub-assemblies to restore function.
• Deliver and recover equipment with non-CDL trucks up to 26,000 lbs.
