Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, in person or over the phone.
• Ensure guests meet qualifications for their presentation, adhering to HGV standards.
• Follow processes outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual SOP.
• Maintain positive working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams.
• Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms, assisting guests with inquiries.
• Accurately assign guests to Sales Representatives in the order of their arrival.
• Ensure timely updates of guest information in Concierge.
• Answer all incoming calls, research customer issues, and escalate to a manager when necessary.
