Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a friendly Tour Reception Coordinator in Florida to greet guests, coordinate tour arrivals, and support Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll ensure outstanding service from arrival, handling payments, reservations, and general resort information with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours
• Assist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort information
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership
• Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics
• Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Support administrative projects and other duties as needed
