Job summary

Sibylline Ltd is seeking an Operator to support the client’s 24/7 global security operations in our Los Angeles office. You will monitor alarms, manage access control and CCTV, document incidents, and coordinate dispatch while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role is on-site with rotating 5x8-hour shifts (early, late, nights, including weekends). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to safety, incident response, and security technology management.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to assess information, follow procedures, and make sound decisions.
• Basic understanding of security operations, dispatch, access control, or CCTV systems preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and security technology platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, notifications, and service requests.
• Monitor and manage access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and communications platforms.
• Create, modify, and deactivate badges, and support access management.
• Receive, document, categorize, escalation, and close security incidents.
• Dispatch security personnel, facilities personnel, and emergency responders as required.
• Support emergency communications and incident notifications.
• Respond to Jira tickets, calls, emails, and other customer service requests.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit trails.
• Participate in training, exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives.
