Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and common areas of our multifamily communities. The role supports the maintenance team with make-ready tasks and general upkeep, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

The position is on-site with occasional weekend work as needed. You should be prepared for outdoor tasks, possess physical stamina, and follow established safety guidelines to protect residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to follow directions and company procedures.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas for curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Assist maintenance team with make-ready tasks and minor repairs.
• Perform safety checks and maintain compliance with safety guidelines.
• Operate hand and power tools for groundskeeping and light maintenance.
• Move items and support with cleanup of vacant units when needed.
